Bella Smith, Search Consultant
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Bella graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in International Business and Marketing. She brings five years of global talent acquisition experience to her role as a Search Consultant at Bell Oaks Executive Search, with a background spanning Management Consulting and private sector industries.
Before joining Bell Oaks, she served as a Global Talent Partner and Operational Lead, managing high impact hiring initiatives across multiple business functions and international markets. During her time at Boston Consulting Group, she supported global recruitment efforts and played a key role in optimizing talent acquisition processes. Her experience includes full cycle recruitment, co op program leadership, employer branding content creation, and the use of advanced recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and elevate the candidate experience.
She has a proven ability to partner with global Talent Acquisition leaders, senior directors, and HR leadership to influence hiring strategy and drive process improvements. Her work is grounded in strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivering scalable talent solutions that align with organizational goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, taking Pilates and Barry’s classes, and exploring Atlanta with her two dogs, Milo and Silas.
