Bell Oaks Executive Search Welcomes New Partner, Leslie Curl

Bell Oaks expands its leadership team with the addition of Leslie Curl as Partner, delivering a consultative search experience from a unique perspective.

Bell Oaks Executive Search is happy to introduce a new Partner, Leslie Curl, as the firm continues expanding to provide mutually beneficial results to both clients and candidates. The Atlanta company has held an esteemed reputation for over 50 years as the go-to for professional leadership recruitment, as their in-depth and personalized search process utilizes the latest technology and a powerful team to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Having experienced the Bell Oaks search process as a candidate herself over a decade ago, Leslie knew it was a top-notch firm where she would enjoy being part of a positive culture and performing a wide range of search types. She had spent much of her career as a corporate executive connecting and developing, and she decided to transition to executive search five years ago. She became skilled in conducting searches for a broad range of industries, candidate types, company sizes (small to Fortune 50), and company cultures (corporate and less structured).

Leslie’s own path – from candidate to corporate executive and finally to executive search professional – lends a uniquely thorough insight into each search she conducts, enabling her to truly understand what is driving both clients and candidates below the surface. Clients have remarked that her consultative approach is authentic, transparent, and supportive, as she genuinely wants to help people improve and knows how to ask questions to discern what really matters to them. She loves her work rather than finding it a labor because it allows her to create win-win, feel-good situations all around.

“Leslie is an accomplished professional with a 20-year-plus business track record,” says Todd Warshaw, one of the Partners and shareholders of the firm. “We are ecstatic to bring on such a distinguished Partner to Bell Oaks, not only as a tremendous asset to our clients but as a leader who will also improve our ability to attract our own talent and help us continue growing due to her incredible background in mentorship and development.”
