She had spent much of her career as a corporate executive connecting and developing, and she decided to transition to executive search five years ago. She became skilled in conducting searches for a broad range of industries, candidate types, company sizes (small to Fortune 50), and company cultures (corporate and less structured).
Leslie’s own path – from candidate to corporate executive and finally to executive search professional – lends a uniquely thorough insight into each search she conducts, enabling her to truly understand what is driving both clients and candidates below the surface.
