Katelyn Voorhees, Search Consultant
Katelyn Voorhees is a self-starter who seeks outstanding performance through her drive for quality and success. Her passion for career development stemmed from her work in higher education, where she was able to mentor student employees and provide opportunities for them to develop transferable skills for their future careers. At the Georgia Institute of Technology, Katelyn oversaw the 300,000 sq.ft Campus Recreation Complex and supervised over 100 Facilities part-time employees through the lifecycle of their employment. Katelyn’s passion for service and work within higher education led to her serving on several committees and leadership positions within NIRSA, the professional organization for collegiate recreation.
Katelyn graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth and Community Sciences and Minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership. Afterwards, she attended Clemson University and earned her Master of Education in Counselor Education. Outside of work, Katelyn can be found cooking, reading, and spending time outside with her dog Cooper.
