Lauren Kase, Associate Partner

As an Associate Partner at Bell Oaks, Lauren Kase prioritizes finding candidates whose talents and purpose align with the client’s vision and career opportunities. Before joining the Bell Oaks team, Lauren led a successful twelve-year career in university and nonprofit development.

Lauren comes to Bell Oaks after directing development for the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Prior to UVA, she led major gifts fundraising at Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy, directed development at New York University’s School of Social Work and managed the Juilliard School’s $300 million capital campaign. Originally from Virginia, Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of SEEDS of Change, a women’s giving and volunteering society at Buckhead Christian Ministry, where her husband Keeva serves as CEO, and she is on the Children’s Council at St. James United Methodist Church, where she is a member with her husband and two young children, Ketch and Claire.
