Lauren Kase, Search Consultant
As a consultant at Bell Oaks, Lauren Kase prioritizes finding candidates whose talents and purpose align with the client’s vision and career opportunities.
Lauren comes to Bell Oaks after directing development for the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Prior to UVA, she led major gifts fundraising at Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy, directed development at New York University’s School of Social Work and managed the Juilliard School’s $300 million capital campaign. She also managed the Future of Children, a joint publication out of Princeton and the Brookings Institution, which translates the best research on child welfare for policy makers and practitioners. Lauren is skilled at building trusting relationships that lead to mutually beneficial partnerships for clients and candidates.
Originally from Virginia, Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of SEEDS of Change, a women’s giving and volunteering society at Buckhead Christian Ministry and serves on the Children’s Council at St. James United Methodist Church, where she is a member with her husband and two young children.
