Lidiya Gebiba, Senior Search Consultant
As a Search Consultant at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Lidiya finds ways to effectively communicate the needs of clients to the potential candidates in the recruiting process. She uses key communication and listening skills to make sure the qualities of candidates perfectly match the requirements of our clients.
Lidiya graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. In her previous role, Lidiya worked as a Client Relations Supervisor at a genetics lab. Her primary goal was to make sure all clients were satisfied with the level of service they were receiving and to find unique ways to set the company apart. She built lasting relationships with their clients and made sure they knew they were supported in every way.
Lidiya is an Atlanta native who loves exploring her vast and growing city. She has also taken an interest in the mental health community and is making plans to put her time into helping a misunderstood and marginalized group.
