Abigail Gamino, Senior Search Consultant

Abigail is an analytical and creative professional with a demonstrated history of both understanding needs and communicating effectively across cultures. As a Senior Search Consultant, Abigail brings 10 years of experience of bridging the gap between staff, families, and students as a senior faculty on Artistic Staff at Atlanta Ballet Center for Dance Education.

Skilled in bringing a productive and effective balance between empathetically understanding needs and clearly communicating expectations, Abigail thrives on continuously learning new ways of connecting people with each other.

Prior to her administration and instruction responsibilities at Atlanta Ballet, Abigail was a professional ballet dancer across the world. Upon retirement as a dancer, she grew into leadership at Atlanta Ballet. Abigail served as the Rehearsal Master for Atlanta Ballet's productions of The Nutcracker and as the Children's Ballet Master on the company's tour to the The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. In 2018, Abigail was included in the second edition of the Cultural of the Philippines Encyclopedia of Philippine Art, and she holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication of Arts from Angelicum College. She currently resides in Smyrna, Georgia with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
