Barrett Coker Krise, Partner

As a Partner with Bell Oaks, Barrett Coker Krise, CAPĀ® brings her passion and expertise for connecting people to the organizations and opportunities that inspire them.

Barrett comes to Bell Oaks with more than 25 years of experience in the field of social good, most recently with the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta. In that work, Barrett helped individuals, families, and organizations achieve their charitable goals and work better together. With her deep knowledge of the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, Barrett excels at fostering strategic partnerships and building meaningful relationships and has expertise in facilitation, conflict management, and building consensus across generations and within diverse groups of people.

A fourth generation native of Atlanta, Barrett is a committed community volunteer. She is a member of the governing board of the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, a board member of the National Center for Race Amity, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta. Barrett is an alumna of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio and is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta, as well as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, CAPĀ®. Barrett, her husband Eddie, and their daughter are active members of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and are longtime residents of the historic Cabbagetown neighborhood in Atlanta.
