Emily Varon, Director of Consulting
As Director of Consulting for Bell Oaks, Emily Varon is passionate about working with our clients on recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for their organizations.
Emily Varon joined Bell Oaks in 2015 after eight successful years with EBSCO Research where she held progressive roles within human resources and talent acquisition for the company. Her areas of expertise include the manufacturing, healthcare, construction, technology, and professional services industries. She has a great reputation for finding talented individuals who have later been promoted to larger positions within their companies.
Emily graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University’s honors program. Outside of work, she is a wellness coach and is involved in the ASK Leadership Cohort. Emily proudly serves as the President of Georgia State University's Honors College Alumni Board. She resides in Dunwoody with her husband Michael and their two children.
