Lauren was born and raised in Ohio and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. She brings four years of recruiting experience across the Real Estate and Education industries, where she has developed a passion for connecting talented professionals with opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and aspirations. She takes a relationship-driven approach to recruiting, believing that the best placements come from truly understanding both the people and organizations involved. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders, learning what makes each person and opportunity unique, and helping create connections that are the right fit for everyone.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys getting lost in a good book, discovering new restaurants, and exploring local dog parks with her dog, Leila.
