Meet Bell Oaks' 3 Newest Consultants

Bell Oaks is pleased to once again announce more expansion to our team as we continually strive to best support our clients. We welcome two more Search Consultants and a Research Consultant. Pictured in order:

Emily Borcuta (Search Consultant) values dedication and hard work. As a U.S. Army veteran, she welcomed challenge and adversity and appreciated the foundation of personal and professional growth the military provided. During Emily’s service, she spent time in Afghanistan and Germany, which ignited her passion for traveling. Emily’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication have facilitated successful and professional relationships with customers around the world.

Abigail Gamino (Search Consultant) is an analytical and creative professional with a demonstrated history of both understanding needs and communicating effectively across cultures. As a Search Consultant, Abigail brings 10 years of experience of bridging the gap between staff, families, and students as a senior faculty on Artistic Staff at Atlanta Ballet Center for Dance Education. Skilled in bringing a productive and effective balance between empathetically understanding needs and clearly communicating expectations, Abigail thrives on continuously learning new ways of connecting people with each other.

Kelsea Jackson (Research Associate) is passionate about people, psychology, and ultimately finding the right match for the job. Kelsea works closely with clients to understand their unique needs within a search and applies that to research in order to identify top talent. She is a first-generation scholar who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College. Kelsea chose psychology as her major to better understand people. This skill will directly benefit our clients and candidates.
